Our Caravan gold ratedsleeps 6 adults maximum) with a doublesbedroom, two twin rooms and a sofa bed in the living room. There's a central family shower room with toilet and hand basin plus an en-suite in the main bedroom with toilet and hand basin. Outside, alongside the side gardenwe have rotary washing line. From the loung you can step out onto a large decking area equipped with table and chairs and a beautiful view of the lake and the Exmoor hills.
To the side of the caravan there is a parking area together with a large graseed space with a picnic table. The caravan is fully equipped to be self catering with all cutlery, crockery, utensils etc and has a full size cooker plus microwave, toaster, kettle and upright fridge /freezer. We supply qults and pillows for all beds. Please remember to bring your own quilts covers, pillow cases and bottom sheet. Gas and Electricity cost are included in the price.

How to book
Booking details
To secure your holiday dates, we require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the full balance. The remaining balance is then due aminimum of 8 weeks before your break. Once we have received your completed booking form and deposit your holiday will be marked as confirmed
When you pay the balance, we also need a security bond payment of £100 to cover the cost of any accidental damages; this can be in the form of a cheque which we would return to you un-cashed after your break once Butlins staff have inspected the caravan to our satisfaction.
If you need to cancel your holiday in the 8 week period before your break the balance would be refundable at our discretion.
As on any other holiday you book it would be adviseable to take out Holiday Insurance.
