Our Caravan gold ratedsleeps 6 adults maximum) with a doublesbedroom, two twin rooms and a sofa bed in the living room. There's a central family shower room with toilet and hand basin plus an en-suite in the main bedroom with toilet and hand basin. Outside, alongside the side gardenwe have rotary washing line. From the loung you can step out onto a large decking area equipped with table and chairs and a beautiful view of the lake and the Exmoor hills.
To the side of the caravan there is a parking area together with a large graseed space with a picnic table. The caravan is fully equipped to be self catering with all cutlery, crockery, utensils etc and has a full size cooker plus microwave, toaster, kettle and upright fridge /freezer. We supply qults and pillows for all beds. Please remember to bring your own quilts covers, pillow cases and bottom sheet. Gas and Electricity cost are included in the price.

Your accommodation
On Your Arrival and Departure
Once we have received your full payment we will forward your booking details to Butlins. They will then prepare a welcome pack for your arrival which will include an entertainment guide, map of the site, entertainment passes where necessary and of course the keys to your holiday home.
Please remember to take your booking form together with photographic identification with you to present to staff in the caravan booking reception at Butlins Main Entrance.
Check-in time is 4.00pm but you may enter the Butlins site from 12.00 mid-day and use all their facilities while you wait. On departure day, guests must vacate the caravan by 10.00am so that the cleaners may enter. Keys must be returned to the EAST GATE or MAIN ENTRANCE reception as you leave the site.
What you will need to pack
You will need to take: quilt covers, bottom sheets and pillow cases for all beds that will be used. Quilts and pillows are provided-
You will need to take your own towels including tea-towels.

Wooden Chalet
The Wooden Chalet recently completely refurbished in 2016 is positioned directly on to the fishing lake with a large wooded balcony/decking overlooking the lake with a fishing platform.The lodge sleeps 6 adults maximum) with a king size bedroom, two twin rooms and a sofa bed in the living room. There's a central family shower room with toilet and hand basin plus an en-suite in the main bedroom with toilet and hand basin. Outside, alongside the side garden we have rotary washing line. ON the decking area there are table and chairs for watching the sun go downover the Exmoor Hills. In the main garden there is a picnic bench with a large outside space.The lodge is fully equipped to be self catering with all cutlery, crockery, utensils etc and has a full size cooker plus microwave, toaster, kettle and upright seperate fridge and freezer. We supply qults and pillows for all beds. Please remember to bring your own quilts covers, pillow cases and bottom sheet. Electricity and gas are included in the price.
PLEASE NOTE
We do not allow animals/pets in any of our holiday homes but we can put you in touch with an alternative caravan where this is allowed. Some of our families that book with us are allergic to pet hair and a full deep clean would be required and billed to you should this rule not be adhered to.
SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN in the holiday homes as it is illegal to smoke inside as this is classified as a public place. Please ensure that you watch your children at all times especially when they are near the waters edge.

How to book
Booking details
To secure your holiday dates, we require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the full balance. The remaining balance is then due aminimum of 8 weeks before your break. Once we have received your completed booking form and deposit your holiday will be marked as confirmed
When you pay the balance, we also need a security bond payment of £100 to cover the cost of any accidental damages; this can be in the form of a cheque which we would return to you un-cashed after your break once Butlins staff have inspected the caravan to our satisfaction.
If you need to cancel your holiday in the 8 week period before your break the balance would be refundable at our discretion.
As on any other holiday you book it would be adviseable to take out Holiday Insurance.
Our Terms
Terms & Conditions
- Splash Waterworks: In Splash Waterworks, all non-swimmers under 14 years and children aged 8 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. Only competent swimmers may use certain flume rides. Please be aware that loose items including goggles cannot be worn on the flumes.
- Funfair: Restrictions and additional charges may apply on certain funfair rides and other facilities. To meet certification requirements and maintain our ongoing improvement policy, all our funfair rides are regularly inspected and maintained by specialist engineers. They may be closed at certain times for work to be carried out. Please check with the Resort. Rides are subjected to weather conditions.
- Contagious Disease: Should Butlins become aware, or have reasonable grounds for suspicion, that a guest has contracted a contagious disease that has the potential to infect a large number of people quickly, they and their immediate party will be required to leave the Resort. If this is not possible, then restrictions will be placed upon their permitted activities and movements in order to prevent the disease being transmitted to other guests. We are unable to offer any refunds in such circumstances and strongly recommend that guests obtain suitable holiday insurance prior to travel to cover any such eventuality.
- Open Water Policy: Butlins operates an open water policy whereby all children must be supervised by an adult at all times around open water and under no circumstances go swimming in lakes, ponds or moats.
